Boat Club Waiver Requirement for All Passengers

Please note that all passengers aboard any Jupiter Pointe Boat Club vessel are required to sign the liability waiver prior to departure. This waiver must be completed for every trip, even if a passenger has signed one in the past. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring all required documentation is completed before leaving the dock.
